Every Rosewater wedding begins with an inquiry. From there, Haley will personally review your date and respond with availability.

If your wedding date is open,  A relaxed conversation follows with space to discuss your wedding vision, your priorities for the day, and how the Rosewater approach aligns with your story. This ensures we are the right fit before moving forward.

To reserve your date, a signed agreement and 30% non-refundable retainer are required. This officially secures your wedding date within the Rosewater calendar and confirms your coverage.

The remaining balance is due four weeks prior to your wedding day.

You will receive curated planning materials designed to support you throughout the process, along with a detailed questionnaire two months before your wedding date that allows me to understand your timeline, priorities, and the moments that matter most to you. We will also connect through a series of intentional planning conversations to refine the flow and structure of your wedding day.



On your wedding day, everything comes together with ease. The focus shifts entirely to presence, allowing your story to unfold naturally while being documented with care, intention, and an editorial eye for detail.

Sneak peak images are sent to you during your wedding reception and your final gallery follows within four weeks. Printed products typically arrive at your door around the 6-7 week mark.
