A little about your photographer:

Hi, I’m Haley!
I was born and raised in a small town in the middle of Alabama, so southern charm (and a bit of moonshine) run through my veins. I have the beautiful privilege of capturing your blink-and-you'll-miss-it moments and turning them into family heirlooms.
I have an educational and career background in fine arts & arts management, so I know the value of high quality artistic images, and the importance of communicating with my clients in a way that makes them feel comfortable and at ease in front of the camera. I prioritize providing a stress-free experience from inquiry to the delivery of the final gallery!

As your wedding photographer I take pride in documenting each moment as it happens naturally. Your day is unique as no two weddings are the same. I consider it an honor and joy to photograph your day and to give you memories to look back on for decades to remember how your big day felt forever.
With over nine years of experience in wedding photography, I am passionate about capturing the unique stories of each couple. My approach blends artistry with authenticity, ensuring that every image reflects the genuine emotions and special moments of your day. I believe in creating a comfortable and enjoyable experience, allowing your love to shine through in every shot.
Alabama and Pennsylvania? YES! I was born and raised in Alabama but have lived in the Lehigh Valley for the last few years. I gladly serve Central and Northern AL for no travel fees to soak up the southern charm, to drink my fill of sweat tea, and to see family.
I also have a host of help (legal and accounting) to make travel coverage outside of those locations easy and fun for all parties, so I am happy to cover your wedding wherever it may be!

Timeline of Events:

INQUIRY/
SCHEDULING
Whenever you’re ready, just fill out the contact form. I’ll get back to you ASAP! If I am available and you decide to book with me, I will send you a contract, and an invoice. Signing the contract and paying the invoice officially books me & holds your date!
02.
Payment
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure your wedding coverage, and the remaining 70% of your balance is due two weeks prior to your wedding.

The Interim
Everything we do between signing your contract and the day of your wedding is to ensure that we are on the same page! I have custom guides to what to expect on your big day, there is a questionnaire for you to fill out, we will have at least two phone calls, and I am always available for a chat or text!
04.
Gallery Delivery
You’ll get at least 10 Sneak Peaks within 1 day!! In the 3 weeks following your wedding, I’ll be meticulously editing and perfecting your photos. Right around that 3 week mark, I will send them to you on a personalized, easy to use online gallery with print ordering capabilities.

When Should I Book?
I book weddings up to 15 months in advance. To guarantee a wedding date, it’s always best to inquire once you finalize your wedding date & venue.
I book destination weddings (more than 90 miles from Bethlehem PA) up to two years in advance.
Who is the second photographer?
It varies! All 2nd shooters are hand selected by me. They are all working professional photographers with similar shooting styles, level of shooting experience and gear. Don't worry though, I edit all photos taken by every member of the photography team.
How many pictures will I receive?
In 2024, I averaged 93 edited images per hour of active shooting. For your protection, I guarantee a minimum of 60 edited images for every hour in your contract.
Can I print the photos myself?
You will be provided with full printing rights with your images and you can print them anywhere, as many times as you’d wish, and share your images with whomever you would like. The full copyright does remain with me. This means that you cannot submit or sell your images for publication without my knowledge and permission.
Can I add a printed album?
YES!! I provide all Ring-it-on clients with a thank-you package that includes a mini printed album of their big day, and a USB of all images in their gallery.
As an add on service, I offer beautifully handcrafted wedding albums that can become your first family heirloom. These start at $280 and go up depending on quantity of photos desired.
What about Sales Tax?
Y'all! When I moved to Pa, I was SURPRISED to learn that yes, there is sales tax on photography services. My southern soul was not prepared.
The amount will depend on where your wedding is and your permanent address; we will go over this during the consultation so that you aren't surprised by any costs.
